Prepping For Class
Note that materials are not included.
Please be sure that you are able to get the materials in plenty of time for the class start date!
If you have the following in your craft supply, feel free to use what you’ve got and purchase any others you may need.
Must Haves:
- 12" hoop (any type) or a wood frame with an inner dimension of 10"x10". If using a wood frame, you will also need a staple gun handy to secure the backing fabric. Or, a gripper strip frame with an inner dimension of 10"x10" if you've got one or worked with one before.
- Jute/burlap or rug backing linen (in any color), measuring 16"x16"
- Rug hook (any type)
- Worsted weight wool yarn (at least 80% wool)
- Sharp scissors
- Printout of your chosen design or your own pre-drawn 6"x6" pattern
- Sharpie
- Masking tape or painters tape
- Window (to use as a lightbox for tracing)
- Iron
- Small bath towel
- Embroidery thread (any color)
- Small darning needle

FAQ
Will the class be recorded?
No. Classes will not be recorded or saved, so you must arrive in the Zoom call at the designated class time.
What is your cancelation policy?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of the class fee up to 10 days before class begins. If you need to cancel within the 10 day window, you will not be issued a refund, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone you know. You must notify me of this change with the full name and email of the person taking your place.
If I (as the Teacher) need to cancel the class for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the class fee.
Do I need meditation or craft experience?
No. This is meant to be a welcoming class for anyone and those who might not have much experience with either.
What is a typical class size?
Currently 10 participants max.
