These are mindful based, which means in each course or workshop, I include a short, guided meditation and moments of reflection so that you can gain a deeper connection to your everyday life, your creativity, and the craft of rug hooking.

They are meant to guide you to feel calm, peaceful, meditative, encouraged, creative, and enjoy moments to really nourish your spirit. Rug hooking is an opportunity to slow down, feel grounded, and enjoy quiet time connecting to yourself.
