I am here to inspire you to do the same.
We do this by being reminded of tradition and the knowledge that has been passed down and gifted to us to create beautiful things. We connect to our intuition and the innate creative nature we were born with. And we CELEBRATE who we are and the world we live in with our everyday lives.
We can focus on small, simple things that spark joy and curiosity and the meditative, peaceful process of crafting and creating art. The combination of these things makes life become lively. It opens us up to so many possibilities. It shines a bright light on things we see and we feel a brightness within us. It motivates us. It inspires us. And it creates an unbelievable amount of joy, upliftment, kindness, and genuine connection.
It's a very simple process. We just need to be reminded of it and focus on it.
And we do that through the process of creating art.
The process is a deep, soulful connection; to yourself, to life , and to your craft. It's about feeling the awe, wonder, delight, and joy of everyday moments. It's about feeling confident and encouraged as an artist. It's about creating something that's uniquely beautiful that comes from you. It's about slowing down, making with your hands and being reminded of tradition and roots. It's about being resourceful, using what you have, and coming up with new ideas and creative solutions. It's about turning to the creative process for peaceful, meditative moments and times when you need a calm refuge. And it's about a celebration of life and art!
