 This is a FREE-to-join open studio type casual gathering.


Come for one, a few, or join for them all. 

It's a place for you to be a part of whenever you'd like.

I will teach anyone interested how to make a beautiful holiday ornament. Otherwise, you can just work on any project you have as usual.

What we will do:

I'll begin with a short 3-5 minute guided meditation so that you can breathe into the moment, calm the mind, and open yourself up more to your creative side. 

(No previous meditation experience required!)


Then enjoy  time to work on any project you've got going at home or sketch / brainstorm an idea for something new! 

It's an opportunity for you to:

Hi there! I'm your Hostess, Erin.

I am a Contemporary Rug Hooking Artist and Mindful Crafts Teacher


I'm a lifelong artist who is passionate about punch needle and rug hooking and I love sharing craft moments with others!


I created Mediate and Create because I really enjoy being a part of a like minded group of artist and crafters. It's not only a way that I can work on my art projects on a consistent basis, but, more so, it's an opportunity to feel inspired, be curious to learn something new, share ideas, make lifelong friendships, contemplate on life and craft, and, in that way, we can be more supportive of ourselves and our artistic souls.


My hope is that you will feel inspired in your crafting.
